We provide troubleshooting for common software-related problems that students often face. If you are struggling with any of the following, we are here to help:

  • Application Errors: Tally app not working, crashing, or showing errors.
  • MS Office Issues: Problems with Microsoft Office applications like Word, Excel, or PowerPoint not starting or functioning correctly.
  • Slow Performance: Your laptop or computer running slow due to software clutter.
  • Basic OS Problems: Common Windows errors or configuration issues.
  • Software Guidance: Help with the proper installation and setup of course-related software.
  • Virus & Malware Advice: Guidance on how to protect your computer from basic threats.

Please Note: Service Limitations

To keep this service free and efficient for our students, we do not cover the following:

  • Hardware Problems: We do not repair or replace physical parts like broken screens, keyboards, batteries, or motherboards.
  • Data Recovery: We are not equipped for professional data recovery from damaged hard drives. Please back up your data before seeking help.
  • Pirated Software: We do not support or install any illegal or unlicensed software.
  • General Public: This service is not available for non-students.
